gap2dcDoes the XV-88 have a patch that emulates the Vox Super Continental keyboard/organ?
Fran CarangoWere you watching "American Dream" on TV, and did the showing of the Vox create "new" interest in the sounds of that old board?..To answer your question , I don't think there is a patch internally, but check out "keyboards of the 60's and 70's" expansion board..

gap2dcNo, I'm playing in a band now (instrumental surf rock) where I'm using the lead guitarist's Vox Super Continental.

Everyone loves that keyboard, but the thing is old, and has not been 100% reliable.

Personally, I like newer things that work.

Uncle DaveRoland likes to call that sound "cheezy" organs .... look in the tone banks. (sample tones, NOT patches)There must be something close. Wooly Bullyyyyyyyyyyyy!
